01No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales of BeatBake licence keys are final. We do not offer refunds once a licence key has been issued and delivered to you.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
02Why We Have This Policy
BeatBake is a digital software product delivered instantly via licence key. Once the key has been issued, the product has been fully delivered and cannot be "returned." This is consistent with consumer rights legislation regarding digital content that has been made available immediately with the customer's prior consent.
03Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion if:
- The licence key was not delivered due to a technical error on our part
- You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@beatbake.co.uk with your order number.
