01About BeatBake
BeatBake is a digital drum beat creation application developed and sold from the United Kingdom. The software is delivered via a one-time licence key purchased through our website at www.beatbake.co.uk.
02Licence Grant
Upon purchase of a licence key, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to install and use BeatBake on your own devices for personal or commercial use.
Your licence key activates one installation of the software. You may not share, resell, or transfer your licence key to another person.
03Restrictions
You must not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the BeatBake application or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Resell, sublicence, or transfer your licence key to any third party
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
04Intellectual Property
BeatBake and all associated content, code, and materials are the intellectual property of the BeatBake developer. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
05Payments
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) who act as the merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to their applicable terms at www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
06No Refunds
All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy at www.beatbake.co.uk/refund-policy for full details.
07Disclaimer of Warranties
BeatBake is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatBake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BeatBake.
09Updates
We may release updates to BeatBake from time to time. There is no guarantee of ongoing updates or support, though we will endeavour to fix material bugs where possible.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
